1. Introduction
Welcome to Breathing Eden, a Christian Life Coaching service dedicated to helping individuals grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Definitions
- “Service” refers to the Christian Life Coaching sessions, programs, and any related content or resources Breathing Eden Christian Life Coaching provides.
- “Client” refers to the individual receiving the coaching services.
- “Coach” refers to the person providing the Christian Life Coaching services on behalf of Breathing Eden Christian Life Coaching.
3. Service Overview
Breathing Eden offers faith-based coaching services aimed at personal development and spiritual growth. Our services are rooted in Christian principles and are intended to guide individuals through various life challenges and spiritual journeys.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all communications during coaching sessions. All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law or with your express permission.
5. Scope of Services
- Our coaching services are not intended to replace professional counseling, psychotherapy, or any other form of licensed therapy.
- We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders.
- Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and Client, designed to inspire and support personal growth.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to be honest, open, and willing to engage in the coaching process.
- Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results throughout the coaching process.
- Clients are encouraged to seek professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.) where appropriate.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment for services is required before the start of each session or program unless otherwise agreed upon.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the missed session.
8. Termination of Services
The Client or the Coach may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. If the Client terminates, any outstanding fees must be paid in full. If terminated by the Coach, any unused portion of prepaid fees will be refunded.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Breathing Eden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with our services.
- The Client acknowledges that results from coaching vary and are not guaranteed.
10. Code of Ethics
- Our services adhere to the highest standards of Christian ethics and integrity.
- We commit to providing a safe and supportive environment for all Clients, free from judgment or discrimination.
11. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients via email or our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications shall constitute your consent to the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed per the laws of Arkansas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the United States.
